Experience: 3 - 5 years (in the field of Electrical - MV & LV Switchgear)

Job Description:
- Ensure the timely and accurate completion of assigned tenders while adhering to established deadlines.
- Collaborate with the sales team to translate specifications into optimized technical offers, seeking technical clarifications from engineering and manufacturing teams when required.
- Document all tender requests and gather feedback on results, recording relevant information for future reference.
- Facilitate a detailed handover of orders received to project teams, providing comprehensive information on technical, commercial, and FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) expectations.

- Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with established guidelines

- Basic taxation and costing activities
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of GL (General Ledger) processes
- Utilize financial models in Excel with medium to advanced level formulae
- Prepare effective PowerPoint presentations with charts and data visualization
- Utilize ERP or accounting software for day-to-day financial operations
